Cities may need to act on climate change or see their bond ratings drop | Public Radio International:

This has to be a joke.  First of all who cares what the bond rating agencies say - they were the people that rated the sub prime mortgages so highly.  Secondly what are cities really gong to do about climate change?  You have to be living in gaga land if you think cities are anything be price takers when it comes to what happens in nature.  Cities can't run away from hurricanes.
