Winged reptiles thrived before dinosaurs

Now here is something interesting.  Amazing how knowledge keeps expanding with good field work.
The fossil from the end of the Triassic period is just spectacular and tells us we need to do more research.  the title should say "thrived before cretaceous dinosaurs."
