Don't know about you but I am fascinated with the continual push of climate lawsuits.  The concept that a court has jurisdiction on "Climate" matters is a stretch, maybe sooner or later the plaintiffs may find a court that that thinks it should play a part in the climate game.  It could also be a greenmail attack, who knows?
