Climate Change Activist: Extreme Weather Is Sexist, Targets Women and Girls

Is this cultural appropriation of weather by the Feminists?  I don't want to make a lousy joke but the concept is ludacris, men and boys get air conditioning in central africa and the women and girls have to stand outside in the sun?
