Don't know if you have been following this story.  If you didn't suffer from a gasoline shortage it wouldn't be more then a curiosity for you.  The facts about the story are now reaching the surface and things look very curious.  The 5 million dollar ransom seems a bit lame. Blofeld would have asked for 100 times more and delivered in gold.  Also, how come they are now disbanding?  Interesting.
