Fact Checking is the Liberal Elites way of twisting any story to suit their narrative, they are so smart and the President Trump and the Republicans as so stupid.  I gave up on Snopes during the last US Presidential election when they decided to become political with their support of HRC and the need they felt to discredit President Trump.  The Washington Post is no different, they use anything they think that will help discredit the President.  Fact Checking by the WaPo is just political propaganda alla Pravda.
