If you read the Red Notice by Bill Browder you will be familiar with the Magnitsky murder and the Magnitsky act. If you recall the Obama Administration tried to kill this act but failed due to public pressure. The Russian Lawyer who was let in as we now understand by special dispensation by Loretta Lynch is the same lawyer that tried to pedal fake news to DTjr. When you here about adoption issues from Russia, Putin countered the Magnitsky act with a ban on Russian adoptions which was apparently a big deal at the time.
Interesting to see how this unfolds.
