A different viewpoint is needed. I am going to ask my pal Jimmy Vallance to add his voice to this blog. Jimmy is a stalwart soldier in the war of progressive thinking and will add a POV (point of view) that will prove to be both refreshing and informative.
Jim lives across the road from Lyndy and I in Cokato, just south west of Fernie on the Trans-Canada Trail. We share a coffee or a beer every weekend and hash out all the local, provincial and federal issues that rise during a typical week. Conversation at times can be heated. We hit a low several years ago when we had to stop talking and just play dominoes with each other to remain friends.
