Welcome to my favorite month - mid summer but cooling.  I had to post this article, I took economics in school and one of the objectives from a macro-economic POV was for government to do things good for the citizens.  We wonder about this with the impact of sanctions, carbon taxes and reduction of services, in particular energy.  Is not cheap energy and objective - it improves the lives of so many?  I guess not.
