This kind of project is as perverted and dangerous as nuclear war.  Am I speaking with hyperbole? No.  When some random scientists or Billionaire attempt to do something that effects all mankind or actually all the life on the planet their actions are perverted and they need to be stopped. This is something out of a James Bond novel.  The result of such a climate change by blocking the sun is very simple, temperatures will drop since the Sun is the source of all heat.  Plant growth in temperate areas will slow.  Since the temperate areas are the source of most food the result  will be famine and starvation based population decline.  Sounds like The green plan to me.
