Thank god for texts or we never would have known what these people were up to.  The politicized bureaucracy is the most dangerous thing we, as the people face.  You can see the problem in the US, you can see the problem here in Canada and you can see it in the UK.  Elsewhere we just expect it. I don't think there is a cure the problem has developed over such a long time and the governments are now so big. In Canada the Federal Government is the largest single employer and Calgary for example the City of Calgary is the single largest employer, not a good sign.  The tail now wags the dog.
