No kidding, "Climate Change" was a smart move to avoid the issue of warming not happening but it should go back to being to just "weather".  The ideology is a rework of Malthusian theories, run through the Club of Rome and tied to energy, unfortunately for the believers it is not natural for people to want to live the life of their ancestors, short, brutish and cold.
