If you look carefully at HRC when she came out of her daughter's apartment to do a street walk around - where you notice only a little girl is let close to her you well probably get the sense that this is a stand-in for HRC.  Nothing is beyond possibility when you think about what is at stake in this US Presidential election.

This is the clue and the analysis that would answer the question about all of the different symptoms.  I didn't realize that the blue welder's sunglasses were the key I just thought they "different".
