Anderson Cooper's standin John Berman has been spending the whole evening setting his hair on fire about Donald Trump while at the same time running around with a fire extinguisher trying to cover Hillary Clinton's latest mendacious comments about her email server.  One thing you can see from his show the 60+ girls love Hillary no matter what.  She has a lock on the + 40 white woman vote.  As for the letter, the writers are a  group of establishment insiders who have their nickers in a knot with poitical change.  Too bad.

Last week I had to resort to turning off CNN and watching baseball.  I saw a couple of good games and I saved myself from wasting time watching Don Lemon and the standin for Anderson Cooper.  They spent the week trying to bury Donald Trump and reached the point of completely making any sense over the issue of some guy's tee-shirt at a Trump rally and the pictures of pallet of money being delivered to the Iranians to buy the freedom for four american hostages.  What they forget is every time they talk another thousand voters join the trump team.

Good evening.

I had to repost this Breitbart article.  It has been a long day with driving back from Fernie and listening to the radio, In my old Chevy truck I only get radio and in Canada, that's the CBC.  It like most american news channels, the CBC has been joining in the giant pile-on to beat Trump. I didn't know they had a dog in this fight.  The Khan speech at the Democratic National Convention was the high point of the slam Trump speeches -  had all the right stuff, ethnicity, islam and a dead Son, serving America.  The Dems were lucky to find him - until everyone got a look at the back story and the connection to the Clinton campaign.

Time to PIvot -Global Warming has started to Cool

We have reached the endgame of the Golbal Warming discussion.  Governments everywhere have put in or in the process of putting in carbon taxes.  The traders are getting excited about trading carbon credits so the payoff is complete.  The people will pay and the general revenues of all of the governments will grow.  Smart way to add revenues when economic growth is generally so stagnant.



As for the people the fear of "Global Warming" has eased.  The temperature record for the year does not mirror the theories put forward by the climate scientists.  The climate adventurers trying to use the North West Passage across Canada have be stopped by ice conditions.  The fall of oil prices have made the actions of the eco-luddites moot.  In light of this it is time to move on to subjects that have more relevance in these times - politics.



With the US Federal election now settled on a battle between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump we have a much more exciting event.  So with this I am turning my attentions to politics.
